- Preferably wear loose, comfortable clothing,
- Avoid tight belts and shoes because your feet may swell during the trip,
- Wear, if you like, stockings or tights,
- Avoid standing for too long; get up every 2 hours to walk and do not hesitate to do small exercises that will boost your circulation,
- Regularly drink water, avoid alcohol, which dehydrates and the effect is more noticeable in flight
- Moisturize your skin and lips with moisturizer
- Remove contact lenses and wear glasses ; if necessary, use eye drops to moisturize your eyes,
- Take care of the hydration of your children by offering them drink regularly.
